Tax Department Sports Quota Recruitment 2016
A latest recruitment notification has been
revealed by the Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Pune for
the empanelment of 39 posts of Inspector of Income tax, Tax Assistant,
Stenographer Grade – II & Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) under Sports Quota in various
sports disciplines including Hockey (Men)/ Badminton (Men/ Women)/ Kabaddi
(Men)/ Athletics (including Track/ field events) (Men/ Women)/ Golf (Men/
Women)/ Lawn Tennis (Men/ Women)/ Swimming (Men/ Women), Volleyball (Men).
Eligible and interested candidates fulfilling
the desired eligibility norms may apply in prescribed application format on or
before 12th May 2016 till 06:00 p.m.

placed at Pune in Maharashtra.
Educational
Qualification: Candidates should have
participated in National/ International level tournaments conducted by
Government recognised Associations/ Federation in games/ sports for Post No. 01
& participated in National/ University level tournaments conducted by
Government recognised Associations/ Federation or Inter University tournaments
conducted by the Inter University Sports Board in games/ sports for remaining
posts.

Pay
Scale:
1. Inspector – Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 + Grade Pay
Rs. 4,600/- per month
2. Tax Assistant – Rs. 5,200 – 20,200 + Grade
Pay Rs. 2,400/- per month
3. Stenographer (Grade-II) - Rs. 5,200 –
20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/- per month
4. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) - Rs. 5,200 –
20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1,800/- per month
Mode
of Recruitment: The selection will be made through
the various stages as mentioned below:-
(i) Written Test,
(ii) Skill Test,
(iii) Personal Interaction
Final selection will be done only after
physical verification of documents and certificates.
