Allahabad Cantonment Board, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) has issued an employment notification for the recruitment to the posts of Junior Clerk in the Office of the Cantonment Board Allahabad. Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent from Govt. Recognized Board with knowledge of Typing in Hindi/English. Knowledge of computer is desirable.

Age Limit: Candidate’s age must fall in the range of 18 years & 25 years. Cut-off date for computation of age shall be reckoned as on 15/10/2016. Upper age limit will be relaxed to the extent of 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC. Refer to official advertisement for further details.

Pay Scale: Pay Band-I (Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/-

Hiring Procedure: Selection for the Post of Jr. Clerk will be through Written test (Objective Type Multiple Choice) and Skill Test.

Application Fee: Candidates will be required to pay Rs. 500/- towards application fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank issued in favour of “Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Allahabad”, payable at Allahabad.

Application form complete in all respect along with duly self-attested photocopies of required documents i.e., Educational mark sheets and certificates/ degrees from High School, Caste certificate (if applicable), 3 self addressed 25 cm x 10 cm envelopes each affixed with Rs. 40/- postage stamp, One recent passport size colour photograph affixed with application form duly self attested and 3 additional colour photographs, Three address slips and Application Fee Demand Draft (DD)) should be sent by registered/speed post to: The Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, 2-Ashoka Road, New Cantt.
