Qualification:
Candidates should have completed Matriculation/ 10+2
examination with two years Training/ Elementary Teachers Training course of
Punjab State or from any other State or Union Territory declared equivalent and
recognized by the Punjab Government and Guidelines of National Council of
Teacher Education (NCTE).
Age
limitation: Candidates age should be minimum 18
years and maximum 37 Years as on 01.01.2016. Age Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC
category candidates will be given as per Govt. rules.
Pay
Scale: The selected incumbent would be offered starting
scale of Rs.10300 - Rs. 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
Selection
Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on performance
in Interview/ written test conducted by Education Recruitment Board, Punjab

Candidates belonging to General and OBC category candidates will be required to
pay Rs. 500/- & SC/ ST category candidates Rs. 250/- towards application
fee payable through Bank challan. No fee is to be paid by Physically
Handicapped candidates.
