Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) Limited invites applications in the standard format for the post of Deputy General Manager (DGM) as Company Secretary on contract basis for one year. Eligible and interested candidates possessing requisite qualification criteria care requested to apply as per given terms of reference.

Professional Qualification & Experience – Candidates should have degree in any discipline and qualification of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with minimum ten years of experience as Company Secretary / Dy. Company Secretary in any scheduled commercial bank or financial establishment. Experience as officer in scheduled commercial Bank will be given priority.
Maximum Age Limit: Candidates must be aged below 55 years.
Compensation Package: As per IBA Norms applicable to respective cadre plus other benefits & allowances as per internal policies.
Application Fee: There is no fee prescribed for applying to the post of Company Secretary.
Selection Criteria: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience will be interviewed to assess aptitude & suitability for the post.
