The Gujarat Narmada Fertilizers Company Limited has announced
recruitment to the post of Assistant
Operators (Chemical) on contract basis for all the candidates who wish to apply for

Eligibility Criteria:
(a) Education & Experience – Candidates applying for the Diploma in Chemical / Petro-chemical Engineering with first
class. Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of post qualification
experience in the concerned field. Priority will be given to candidates having adequate
knowledge of Gujarati & English language.
(b) Age –
Candidate Should not be above 30 years of age.
Compensation Package: Selected
candidate would be offer Rs.2.69 lacs p.a. in the 1st year &
Rs.3.66 lacs in the 2nd year during contract period. After
successful completion of of training period, candidate would be absorbed in the
staff cadre grade GRES-07 with total CTC around Rs.6.75 lacs p.a.
Selection Procedure: The
selections for the above posts shall be made on the basis of walk-in-interview.

encouraged to attend above mentioned walk in interview. Attested photocopies of certificates & Marks Sheets in proof of
Educational Qualification (Xth Standard / SSLC & onwards) should be brought
along with latest Resume & photograph. Original certificates &
