post of General Manager (Real Estate). Eligible and willing candidates may

Qualification & Experience: candidate should possess B.E/ B.Tech. in
Civil Engineering preferably with MBA or equivalent/ Post Graduate(in Science)/
Chartered Accountant/ ICWA with at least 15 years relevant work experience in
public/private sector company engaged in real estate/infrastructure development.
Age Limit: candidates should be below 52 years of
age as on 30/09/2016.
Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:
Scheduled
Caste/Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
Other Backward
Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
Persons With
Disabilities – 10 years

Pay Structure: The selected incumbent will be offered
starting pay scale of Rs. 43,200 – 52,000/- per month. In addition to the basic
pay, allowances & benefits would be admissible as per Company Rules.
Application Fee:
Rs. 500/- to be
paid by General and OBC category candidates
No fee for SC/ST/PwD
category applicants.
Mode of Payment: Application
fee is payable through online mode using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet
Banking or through SBI Branch through Pre Acknowledgement Payment (PAP) Form.
Criteria of Appointment: Selection will be only on the basis of
interview.
