Category of Posts Advertised:

1. Asst. Manager (Forge Operations) – 02 Posts

2. Manager (Forge Operations) – 01 Post

3. Manager (Forge-Mech Maint) – 01 Post

4. Manager (Forge Technology) – 01 Post

5. Manager (Foundry-Steel) – 01 Post

6. Manager (NDT) – 02 Posts

Educational Qualification:

1. Asst Manager (Gr-II) – First class degree in Metallurgical Engineering/ Manufacturing Technology with minimum 2 years experience in concerned area.

2. Manager (Gr-IV) – First class Engineering degree in concerned area of operations with minimum 7 years of post qualification experience.

Age Limitation: Maximum age limit for Assistant Manager Post is 30 years and for Manager Post is 40 years. Crucial date for determining age will be the date of advertisement.  Age relaxation for reserved category applicants is applicable in accordance with the Govt. of India’s rules issued from time to time.

Compensation Payable: The recommended pay scale offered to the selected professionals will be as follows:-

• Asstt. Manager (Gr-II) – Rs. 16,400 – 40,500/- per month
• Manager (Gr-IV) – Rs. 24,500 – 50,500/- per month

Gross annual CTC for Asstt. Manager & Manager will be around Rs. 6-13 lakhs & 8-17 lakhs respectively.

Application Charges: A demand draft of Rs. 100/- drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited, payable at Hyderabad, is required to be paid by candidates other than SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWD category.

Pattern of Selection: The candidates who meet the job specifications would be interviewed.
