Description of UGC Recruitment 2015:

Name of the Post:

1. Consultant
(i) Serving Professionals,
(ii) Retired Professionals,
2. Consultant (Junior)

Tentative Requirements: The total number of vacancies required to be filled is Three.

Place of Duty: New Delhi

Prescribed Qualification:

1. Consultant – Serving or Retired Associate Professor in a University or an educational administrator in a similar pay scale.
2. Consultant (Junior) – Person in the rank of Asstt. Professor or an educational administrator in a similar pay scale.

Consolidated Remuneration:

1. Consultant

(i) Serving Professionals – Pay protection in the parent organization with leave salary cum pension contribution (LPSC) liability.

(ii) Retired Professionals – Rs. 50,000 – 70,000/- per month

2. Consultant (Jr.) – Rs. 40,000 – 50,000/- per month
