Educational Qualification:
1. General Manager – First or High Second Class Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Dy. General Manager – Degree of a recognized University with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in concerned discipline/trade.
3. Senior Manager – Degree in Law from recognized university
4. Manager – A recognized degree preferably a Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline.
5. Dy. Manager (F&A) - First class Graduate with CA/CMA (Erstwhile ICWA)
6. Dy. Manager (Systems) - First Class full time regular Bachelor‟s Degree in CS/Computer Engg./ IT/ Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentaion / MCA OR M.Tech with 60% marks.
Age Limitation: Candidates’ higher age limit as on 15th March 2016 will be treated in the following manner:-
1. General Manager – 45 years
2. Dy. General Manager – 40 years
3. Senior Manager – 40 years
4. Manager – 35 years
5. Dy. Manager – 30 years

Distribution of Salary: The initial scale of pay to be disbursed to the incumbent will be as follows:-
1. General Manager – Rs.43,200 – 66,000/- p.m. (CTC around Rs. 19 lakhs per annum)
2. Dy. General Manager – Rs.32,900 – 58,000/- p.m.(CTC around Rs. 15 lakhs per annum)
3. Senior Manager – Rs.24,900 – 50,500/- p.m. (CTC around Rs. 11 lakhs per annum)
4. Manager – Rs.20,600 – 46,500/- p.m. (CTC around Rs. 9 lakhs per annum)
5. Dy. Manager (F&A) – Rs.16,400 – 40,500/- p.m. (CTC around Rs. 7 lakhs per annum)
Factors of Selection: The process of selection consist of following stages:-
(i) Written Test
(ii) Group Discussion,
(iii) Personal Interview
Candidates can choose either Hindi or English as a medium of Written Test/ GD/ Personal Interview.
