About WBSEDCL: West Bengal State Electricity Board (WBSEB) was a state owned electricity regulation board in West Bengal in India. It was formed on 01/05/1955 and disolved on 31/03/2007. It has now been restructured and split into two companies namely West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company (WBSETCL) and West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company (WBSEDCL).

Eligibility Criteria: Eligible students can be completed Graduation in any subject with 50 percent marks in aggregate for Office Executive Post & SSC for TSH post from recognized University/ Institute with relevant Sports qualification.
Application Fee Details: - Desired candidates can to pay application fee of Rs. 250/- for Office Executive Post & Rs.150/- for TSH post in form of Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque drawn in favor of “West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.” payable at Kolkata. Fee exempted for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal.
Exam Details: West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has issued notification against recruitment of 22 posts of Office Executive & Technical Support Hand from Meritorious Sportsperson in the discipline of football and cricket for filling up vacancies in various posts against Sports Quota under WBSEDCL.
