Exam Details: State Council of Educational Research & Training Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh Government) has published a notification that Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) 2012 will be organized in Uttar Pradesh for recruitment of 72,825 teachers in Uttar Pradesh. Desired Candidates who having bachelor degree in Art, Science, Commerce & other professional course with B.Ed. or D.Ed. are eligible for TET 2012. UP Government has announced that having 45% marks in graduation level candidates are eligible for apply UPTET 2012.

How to get the application Form:
1.) Interested candidates can obtain (buy) Information Bulletin/Brouchers and Application Form of UPTET 2011 from any branch of Punjab National Bank (PNB).
2.) After holding the application form read it carefully and fill the application form as per instructions. The filled application form must be Send by registered post or Submit to the Office of Zonal Education Directorate on or before last date.
Exam Pattern: In UPTET, there will be two exams on one day in two shifts :-
Paper 1 – Exam for eligibility of Primary Teachers (Classes I-V)
Paper 2 – Exam for eligibility of Upper Primary Teachers (Classes VI-VIII)
Exam pattern for Paper 1 & 2
a.) In this paper, there will be 150 objective type questions, carrying 150 marks. It means one QUESTION consist of only one mark. There is no negative marking in this exam.
b.) You can take the QUESTION paper and the last part of answer sheet ( OMR ) with you, it will help you to calculate your marks with the help of answer key.
c.) The answer key will be posted soon on the website www.uptet.co.in.
d.) The time duration for the exam is only 1 Hour 30 Minutes; It means you will get a very short time of less than a minute for a QUESTION.
e.) During the examination; Calculator, log table, mobile phone or any other digital device will not be allowed.
