Relaxation in upper cap will be applicable according to Central Govt. rules.

Requisite Qualification – Candidates will be deemed to be eligible if he/she acquires any of the qualification mentioned below:

(i) Section Officers of Central Secretariat or Officers holding post in the equivalent grade with minimum 5 yrs service in the similar scale who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts at ISTM or equivalent and possessing experience in Cash, Accounts and Budgetary Work.


(ii) Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts of Jr. Accounts Officer or Accountant or equivalent in the revised Band of Rs.9300-34800/-+ GP Rs.4200/- with minimum 5 yrs service,


(iii) Accounts and Audit Officers or S.A.S. Accountants with experience of five years service in the grade from any of the organized Accounts departments.

Pay Scale (per month) – (PB-2) Rs.9,300 – 34,800/- (Revised Scale) + Grade Pay Rs.4800/-

Exam Fee to be paid- Unreserved & OBC candidates eager to apply should pay Rs.50/- as non-refundable exam fee in the shape of CRFS which can be obtained from almost major Post Offices across India. All other candidates including women are exempted from payment of examination fee. It is to be noted that payment made through any other mode will be rejected.

System of Selection –
  • First of all, applicant shortlisted after screening test or on the basis of academic qualification will be required to face written proficiency test.

  • Secondly, candidates who qualify in the test will have to appear before panel of interview.

  • Final list of selection will be prepared after calculation of aggregate marks secured by candidates in written test and interview.

 SSC SI ASI Recruitment 2014-15

SSC (Staff Selection Commission) announced Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination 2014. The positions are Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI). Applicant willing to apply may apply on or before 11th April 2014.

Name of the Exam: Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI)     

         Total no. of Vacancy: 2892

Sub Inspectors in CAPFs: 2197 (Female – 159)

Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF: 564 (Female – 56)

Sub Inspector (Executive) : 131 posts

Criteria of Age:  The age of the applicant 20 to 25 Years as on 1st of Jan 2014 Age Relaxation - 5 Years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC, For other candidates as per Govt Rules.

Qualifications: The applicant should have Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent (For SI (CAPFs) & ASI Posts). Male candidates must possess and also carry a valid Driving License for LMV(Motor cycle and Car) for SI (Executive) in Delhi Police Post.
