AP TET Exam 2014

TET (Andhra Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test) has announced official notice
for the applicants seeking information for the TET examination for class 1st
to 8th teachers. It is organized in 23 Districts of the state of
Andhra Pradesh by the Department of School Education of Government of Andhra
Pradesh. The AP TET for the year 2013 will be conducted on dated August 25th
2013. The application can be sent most recently up to 31st of July
2013. It is held for the Lower & Upper Primary teachers’ eligibility for
the government schools of Andhra Pradesh.
Educational Qualifications: The Applicants must have the qualified Inter, SSE
with Diploma, B.El.Ed. or B.A, or B.Com or B.Sc. or D.Ed or B.Ed. or any other
equivalent course.
Application Fees: The fee is of Rs.200/- that has to paid by
E-Seva Centers or aspirant can also apply online from website
www.aponline.gv.in
Procedure to Apply: Aspirants are requested to
go to the official site of the AP TET http://aptet.cgg.gov.in/ there applicant
can fill the application form as asked, after that image has to be uploaded in
the given space in the application form. Now aspirant will have to download the

information in India. The copy of the same has to be enclosed and
form has to be submitted then print of the application form can be taken after
registration procedure. It has to be sent to the office of APTET long with
required documents. The address is mentioned in the official notification.
Exam Pattern: The exam for class 1st
to 5th is of 2:30 hrs duration of 150 multiple choice questions of
150 marks in 4 parts, and for class 6th to 8th the
examination is of 2:30 hrs duration of 4 papers out of which 3 papers are
compulsory of 30 marks each and 4th paper is optional of 60 marks
making the total of 150 marks. There will be no negative marking.
Syllabus:
For class 1st to 5th
Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II (English), Mathematics
and Environmental Studies
For class 6th to 8th
Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II are compulsory paper
and Mathematics and Science OR Social Studies either of them.
