PGET application form details 2013
The
Entrance Test COMEDK PGET-2012 is mandatory for all candidates seeking
admissions to Member Institutions of COMEDK. A merit / rank list is generated
based on the candidate's scores in COMEDK entrance test.
Karnataka Private Medical and Dental Colleges Association and Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association have set up “COMEDK” to organize a ‘Common Entrance Test and centralized Counselling’, that would facilitate selection of candidates on merit for admissions to postgraduate courses offered by member institutions (Medical and Dental).

- Educational standards/ Norms of Eligibility for COMEDK PGET Recruitment 2013: Candidates should have successfully completed their M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. from an institution recognized by the MCI / DCI and must have completed / completing their internship by 30th April 2012.
- Required Fees to be submitted for COMEDK PGET Recruitment 2013: Applications to be filled online on our website (www.comedk.org) after obtaining a DD for Rs. 2000/- (Non refundable) in favour of ‘COMEDK’, payable at Bangalore being the expenses towards holding of Entrance Test and Counselling and posted to the below given COMEDK address along with the DD and the documents asked for on or before 13/01/2012.

- Important points to be
considered for filling up the COMEDK PGET recruitment application form are
as below: 1. Demand Draft drawn in favour of “COMEDK”, payable
at Bangalore for Rupee 2000/- ( Two Thousand Only ).
2. All marks cards ( First Year to Final Year university examination marks card / s )
Attempt Certificate is a statement indicating the number of attempt one has taken to clear a particular subject / year.
3. Ensure that the online application form is filled up properly and completely.
After you have filled in your comedk online application form, click on the Submit button only once, to send the details to the server.
4. The server will assign you an application number, and provide the facility to view your online application form with the details you have filled, along with the 6 digits application number.
5. Only after verifying the details take a print of the comedk pget application form and the Date of Birth Certificate.
6. The completed application form must have the candidate’s signature, impressions of left thumb, left forefinger and left middle finger.
7. Kindly do not send any original documents along with the application form for comedk pget 2012.
8. Kindly stick your recent ( not older than six months ) passport size colour photograph only in the space provided. Application Form with smudged / tampered or hazy photograph will be rejected.
9. Do not staple or pin your photograph to the application form. Do not Sign. No attestation is required on the photograph.
10. Please adhere to the time schedule enlisted in the calendar of events.
11. Incomplete / incorrect applications will be rejected without prior information to the candidate.
12. Multiple application form received from the same candidate will result in confusion and may result in disqualification.
13. Demand Drafts in excess of the prescribed fee ( Rupee 2000/- ) if sent by the candidate will not be refunded.
14. Non – refundable fee for taking comedk pget 2012 and attending centralized counseling, if eligible, is Rupee 2000/- ( Rupees Two Thousand Only ).
15. COMEDK is not responsible for any error the candidate makes while filling up the Application Form.
16. COMEDK will not entertain any changes in the application form and no refund will be made.
17. Candidates who are listed in the Red List featured on our website need to contact COMEDK contact no.( 080 – 41132810 ) for clarifications.
18. COMEDK is not responsible for any loss or damage which might occur during Postal or Courier delivery.
