Research Institute (CFTRI) and was opened on 21 October 1950. It is based in
Mysore. C.F.T.R.I. Mysore is one of the 40 national research laboratories set
up under the aegis of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

Candidature Requirements: Eligible and interested students or candidate should have M. Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology/ Food Processing and Engineering/ Biotechnology with GATE qualified or First Class M.Sc.,in Food Technology/Food Processing Technology/Food Science/ Biotechnology with good academic records and should have been qualified for lectureship in National Eligibility Test conducted by CSIR-UGC or GATE qualified.
