Federal Bank, one of the leading private sector banks of India, is calling applications from qualified and capable professionals to be engaged as Specialist Officers in Scale I & Scale II cadre. Eligible and interested persons may apply online from 12.07.2016 to 22.07.2016. The details regarding Federal Bank Specialist Officers Recruitment 2016 are indicated below-

Name of the Position: Specialist Officer

1. IT Officer (Scale-I)
2. Credit Officer (Scale-I/II)

Educational & Experience Requirement:

1. IT Officer (Scale-I) – Candidates should possess BE / B.Tech /M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/ Institution and minimum 2 years experience in Software development/ Networking Administration.

2. Credit Officer (Scale-I/II) – Candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university. Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA (Finance), Agricultural related disciplines would be an added qualification. Candidates should have minimum 3 years experience in Officer cadre in the related field.

Age Limitation: The upper age limit as on 01.07.2016 will be as under:-

IT Officer – 28 years
Credit Officer – 32 years

Pay Scale:

  • Scale-I Officer - 23700 - 980/7 - 30560 – 1145/2 - 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020
  • Scale-II Officer - 31705 – 1145/1 - 32850 – 1310/10 – 45950

Take home salary for Scale I Officer and Scale II Officer will be around Rs. 39,000/- and Rs. 52,000/- respectively.

Methodology of Hiring: The process of selection involves Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other criteria of selection to be decided by the Bank.

5. New Delhi

Application Fee: Candidates under SC/ST category are required to pay Rs. 250/- while General & others have to pay Rs. 500/- towards application fee (non-refundable) by online mode through debit card/credit card/internet banking.
