to the post of Law Clerk cum Research Assistant on purely contract basis to
work in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate
Tribunal (NCLAT). The details regarding eligibility criteria, recruitment

Professional
Qualification: The prescribed qualification
required for the post is mentioned as follows-
(i) Law Graduate having completed final year
of LLB examination with minimum 50% marks from recognized university.
(ii) Candidates appearing in the final year of
LLB examination will be considered subject to furnishing passing certificate
before the prescribed date.
(iii) Knowledge of computer application will
be additional advantage for the applicants.
Age
Limitation: The higher age prescribed for the
post has been confined to 30 years as on 01/03/2016.
Salary
Payable: The consolidated monthly remuneration
entitled for the incumbent will be Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)
per month.
Manner
of Selection: The deserving professionals will
be hired on the basis of performance in personal interview.
