Name of the Post: Laboratory Assistant

DRDO Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be graduated in Science or pass certificate in higher secondary examination with Science subject and one year certificate in analytical work in a scientific library.
Age Profile: Candidates should be in the age group of 18 – 37 years as on 01.01.2016, i.e. candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 02.01.1998 shall only be eligible for the Post. Relaxation in upper age limit to reserved category available as per existing Govt. Rules.
Pay Scale (p.m.): Pay Band-II Rs. 5,400 -25,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,600/- + Addl. Remuneration Rs. 40/-
Mode of Selection: The process of hiring involves competitive examination & Personal Interview conducted by commission.
Fee Criteria: SC /ST candidates to pay Rs.20/- and all others to pay Rs. 220/- as application fee by online through payment gateway using Debit Cards / Credits Cards / Net banking of any bank or submission through Tathya Mitra Kendras set up by the Govt. of West Bengal up to the level of Gram Panchayats in the rural areas of West Bengal. No exemption of fees is available to the SC / ST / BC-A / BC-B candidates of other states.
