Qualification: Candidates should have passed HSC / 12th
class or equivalent from recognized board/institution.
Age
Limitation: Applicants should be in the age group
between 18-33 years as on 31.12.2015. Relaxable for SC/ST /OBC/PWD/Female
candidates as per Govt. instructions issued from time to time.
Examination
Fee:
Candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- plus postage
charges of Rs. 12/-, Fee can be pay through any Computerized Post Office. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC/PWD/
EXSM category are exempted from Fee.
Mode
of Selection: Candidates willing to apply will have to
undergo written test/shorthand & typing test.
How
to apply: Desirous candidates are required to apply online from 16.12.2015
to 31.12.2015.
Before proceeding for online registration, candidates will
have to scan and save photograph & signature the desktop.
Instructions
for applying online:
(i) Log on to the website gsssb.gujarat.gov.in
or ojas.guj.nic.in
(ii) Click on “Apply Online” —>
“Apply Now” beside the desired post
(iii) Fill all the entries in the application
form and Submit
(iv) A unique Application
Number will be generated, retain it for future reference,
(v) Edit the application form by
using application number, date of birth and click on confirm button
(vi) Upload scanned photograph &
signature, click on confirm button
(vii) Take printout of application
form and retain it for future reference
Vital date to
consider:
- Start date of online registration of application – 16.12.2015 (02:00 PM)
- Last date of online registration of application – 31.12.2015 (11:59 PM)
- Last date for payment of fee – 04.01.2015 (03:00 PM)
