Reserve Bank of
India (RBI), Guwahati wishes to invite applications from eligible and
qualified for the post of Staff-
Class IV – Technical Attendants cadre. Candidates
fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria & residents of Assam,
Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Tripura can apply before last date. The details of vacancies are as
follows:
Proposed Job Title: Technical Attendant (Class-IV)
No. of Posts to be filled: 04 Posts (Gen-02, OBC-01, ST-01)
Place of Posting: Guwahati

Essential Qualification: A minimum Class 10th pass or equivalent examination from recognized board/institution. Maximum prescribed qualification is under Graduation. Candidate must hold 2nd Class Wireman’s licence and should have some experience in operation of lifts and some knowledge of electrical work connected with lifts.
Age Limit: Candidates should be aged between 18 and 25 years as on 01.11.2015. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen and PWD applicable as per prescribed rules.
Initial Pay Scale: Initial basic pay Rs. 6,350 – 13,750 + allowances as admissible from time to time. Total Gross emoluments will be around Rs. 17,845/- p.m.
Mode of Selection: The candidates who meet the job specifications as above would be shortlisted and invited for written examination & interview.
