Prasar Bharati is seeking to hire services of professionally
qualified person for the post of News Reader cum
Translator on contract basis for Regional News Unit, All India Radio,
Vijayawada.. Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility conditions can
apply as per following terms & conditions:
Name of the Post: News Reader cum Translator (NRT)
No. Of Vacancy: 01 Post
Place of Posting: Vijaywada
Qualification Criteria: Candidates should be graduated in any discipline with knowledge of
computer & internet and good command over English/Telugu languages.
Preference would be given to those having Degree/Diploma in Journalism.
Age Limit: Candidates should be aged in the range of 18 – 45 years as on
closing date of advertisement.
Work Experience: Working experience for 1-2 years in media organizations
(Radio/TV/Print) with exposure to News Script Writing/Translation/Editing.
Salary: Rs. 23,000/- per month (consolidated)
Selection Procedure: The shortlisted candidates on the basis of
Written Test would be required to undergo interview and voice audition test.
