Admission test entrance exam acronyms as MICAT is conducted for
admission to Postgraduate courses such as Post graduate Program in
Communications Management (PGPCM), leading to Postgraduate Diploma in
Management (Communications). MICA is India’s premier communications
management institute which is dedicated to become a global leader in
educating, developing and practicing the art and science of
communication for the betterment of humanity.
Exam Pattern: The duration of the MICAT 2012 exam paper will be
of 2.00 Hours (120 Minutes). The paper will be divided into 2 parts,
Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Paper 1 – This paper consists of multiple choice questions based on Reasoning and General Awareness.
Paper 2 – This
paper is designed to test the written ability of the candidates. The
topic given in MICAT 2011 was 'Trial by Media.' The candidates had to
write both for and against the topic. But they were supposed to conclude
by either supporting or opposing the topic. The second question is of
story writing. The students are required to write a story based on the
pictures given. Paper 2 comprises of Psychometric test. In 2011 paper
was divided into 3 sections. All the questions were compulsory.

form can be purchased from - The Admission Office, MICA on cash payment
of Rs. 1750/- or by sending a demand draft of Rs. 1750/- in favor of
“MICA” payable at Ahmedabad, with one self addressed stamped (Rs. 20/-)

1.) Log
on to MICA Registration Website
http://oamslive.blueshiftindia.com/mudra/website/ and Click on New Users
Registration. Fill in your information in the online application form.
2.) After
successful registration, you will get an e-mail containing your MICA ID
and password. Use this MICA ID for all future correspondence with Mudra
Institute of Communications, Ahmadabad. Use this MICA ID and password
to login and make any modifications to the details in your application
form.
