About UPPSC: Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is the state agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of Uttar Pradesh. The agency's charter is granted by the Constitution of India. Articles 315 to 323 of Part XIV of the constitution, titled Services Under the Union and the States, provide for a Public Service Commission for the Union and for each state.

Eligibility Criteria: Desired students or candidates can posses in Under Graduate & Post Graduate Degree courses like B.E, B.Tech, M.A, in relevant subject from a recognized University.



Selection Procedure: General & Desired applicants can be selected on the basis of Written Examination and Personal Interview.

Exam Details: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has published notification against recruitment of 589 various vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online on or before 29/01/2013. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) came into existence on 01/04/1937, with the main aim of recruiting candidates to various services in the state. Application Fee Details: -  After filling in the Students ‘Registration’ format of the On-line application, candidate shall procure the print out of the E-challan. Fee can be paid at any of the branches of SBI / PNB. Amount of fee would be Rs. 80/- for General and OBC Students and Rs. 40/- for SC/ST Students. PWD candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Instructions for Online Application:

Log on www.uppsc.up.nic.in.
2.
Select the ‘Candidate Registration’ link besides the desired post to be applied for.
3.
Registration Slip will be generated, take print out and select “Generate E-Challan” option.
4.
Fill all mandatory details including fee payment details, upload your photograph and signature at the places provided.
5.
Select Submit Application Form and take print out of application form and retain it for further use.
