Exam Details: South Central Railway (SCR) offering applications for recruitment of 28 Group-C & Group-D posts under Sports quota. Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed application format on or before 22/12/2012. Presently S.C. Railway has 6 Divisions, viz, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntakal, Guntur and Nanded.South Central Railway predominantly serves the state of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtraand to a limited extent, portions of Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Madhya Pradesh states.
About RPF SECUNDERABAD: South Central Railway was formed on 02-10-1966 when Hubli and Vijayawada Divisions of Southern Railway and Sholapurand Secunderabad Divisions of Central Railway were carved out and merged into a new Zone. Subsequently, Guntakal Division of Southern Railway was merged with South Central Railway on 02th October 1977 and Sholapur Division was re-merged with Central Railway.Secunderabad Division was split into two Divisions viz. Secunderabad and Hyderabad on 17th February 1978.
Exam Pattern: Desired candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by the applicant, trials/ interview.
How to get the application Form: Eligible candidates can apply on a good quality A-4 size paper using one side only, application should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in either English or in Hindi, affix passport size photograph on it and attach two recent passport size colour photographs, two self addressed unstamped envelopes, along with attested copies of relevant certificates, Indian Postal Order/ Demand Draft with super scribing on the envelope a) Recruitment against Sports quota for the year 2012-13 on South Central Railway. & b) Game: Volleyball (Name of the sports discipline) must be reach by ordinary post to the mentioned addresses in the notification on or before 22/12/2012.
