About LDC: 
The Staff Selection Commission has its Headquarter at New Delhi. All Examinations as well as administrative matters are submitted to the Chairman through two Members. The Secretary functions under both the Members. Besides, there are post of one Director, one Deputy Secretary, two Joint Directors, nine Under Secretaries, four Deputy Directors, one Finance & Budget Officer, one Assistant Director (OL), 24 Section Officers and more than 183 supporting officers / staff working at the Headquarters for discharging the duties and responsibilities of the Commission. 

Exam Details: 
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the candidates for the Combined Higher Secondary level (10 + 2) Examination, for the recruitment of Data Entry operator and Lower Division Clerk posts. SSC every year conducts the recruitment exam for hiring new comers and providing them a good career according to their Eligibility. The interested candidates can apply for the posts of Data Entry Operator and LDC Vacancies.



Exam Pattern: Written Test for Data Entry Operator & LDC consists of Objective Type Papers. Test will be of 200 Marks consisting of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. Duration of test will be of 2.00 hours (120 minutes) and will be held between 10 am to 12 Noon. Have look on the following:

Question Papers of written test will be set in Hindi & English except Part-II. Commission will also consider to set question Papers Part-I, III & IV in Manipuri, Mizo, Sindhi, Assamese, Gujarati and Kashmiri if there is availability of Experts/Printing Facilities and approved by Department of Personnel & Training.

Each Question of the Test carry negative marking. 0.25 marks for each wrong will be deducted. So, candidates are advised to make sure that answer is correct before answering the question.

How to get the application Form: Eligible candidates can apply through online mode or offline mode. The candidates must send their application in the prescribed format and containing all mandatory details required with the requisite copies of document on or before the date mentioned as last date above in the table.

Before filling up the application form read all the instruction related to application form and last date of submission of application form.

Make sure you are filling up the application for the right position and post.

3) 
Fill all the details in the required format as indicated in application form. Use pen/pencil where it is asked to do so and write your name in capital or small letters whichever is specified in the form.

4) 
Fill up all the entries of application form; don’t leave any blank entry if it is mandatory to fill. If any entry is optional to fill then make your decision accordingly.

5) 
Write your address of communication completely in all respect. Communication address is very important because your roll number, admit card and result will be mail to you on this address only.

6) 
Clearly mention all other details like your age, gender, date of birth and nationality, academic records and other specifications.

7)
 Put up your original signature at the bottom of the application form in the box.
