the Vellore Engineering College. VIT University has two Campuses in (Vellore
& Chennai) and nine Schools. VIT, Vellore conducts Vellore Institute of
Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) every year for admission in VIT
engineering degree programs leading to the award of B.E (Bachelor of
Engineering) and B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)

· Educational
standards/ Norms of Eligbility for VITEEE Recruitment 2015:
1) Candidate appearing for the VITEEE in
2015 must have minimum aggregate marks of 60% in Physics, Chemistry,
Mathematics / Biology in the qualifying examination.
2) Category Relaxation – But for following categories minimum aggregate

3) Candidates from following states: Jammu and Kashmir, Arunachal
Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
4)For Admission in any of the 13 B.Tech. Degree Programmes
candidate must have to attend PCM section in VITEEE 2015. While applicants appearing
for PCB in the VITEEE 2015 are only eligible for B.Tech. Bioinformatics,
Bio-Medical Engineering and Biotechnology programmes.
