the competent candidates to be absorbed in the position of Mining Sirdar
(Technical and Supervisor Grade-C). The details of the opportunities and the

- Designation
to be framed up for SECL: Mining Sirdar (Technical and Supervisor Grade-C)
- Preferential
Location of Placement for SECL: Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)
- Compensation
Packages/ Scale of Pay/ Pay Structure for SECL: Candidates on selection
would be entitled to draw initial salary Rs.19,035/- per month. Besides
basic pay, VDA, and SDA as per rules of Coal India Limited under National
Coal Wages Agreement-IX will be paid.
- Desired
Standards/ Norms of Eligibility for SECL: Candidates should
have completed his/her High School or Three years of Diploma/Certificate
in Mining and Mine Engineering. Age must not be less than 18 years or more
than 30 years as on 20-June-15. Relaxation in upper age limit will be
applicable as per GoI norms.
- Procedure
