3. Should have working / conceptual knowledge on all investment
products, bonds, equity & commodity markets. Demonstrable ability to do
needs analysis, concept selling and sales closure.
4. Should have good communication skills which are clear, precise,
articulate prior experience in servicing corporate, banks & institutions
for treasury management services would be an added advantage.
5. Good Personality traits to represent organization in all
customer interfaces.
6. Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate clients.

terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired

3. Assistant
Manager
1) Monitoring over all activities of DP operations (NSDL &
CDSL).
2) Compliances as per SEBI And CDSL
3) Process Creation and implementation to ensure the DP operation
working within the frame work of regularities
4) Inspections from CDSL and internal audit & concurrent audit.
5) Verification & authorization of settlement related
Instructions Viz. on market, Inter-depository, off-market.
6) Verification & authorisation of dematerialisation, pledge
& unpledge instructions.
7) Accounts maintenance of CDSL.
8) Handling clients’ queries related to account opening, demat procedures,
billing Etc.
9) Early pay-in of securities.
10) Payin and payout of securities.
