1. Analyst-Retails Broking

1. Generate research reports, company profiles, business analysis.
2. Building, analyzing and updating financial model.
3. Analyze the Industries and products position in market.
4. Generate Investment Ideas by screening companies across industry verticals.
5. Contact industry managers, analysts to analyze companies, future growth and market.
6. Presentation to clients & branches.
7. Preparing market strategy and theme reports.
8. Daily updates of News, delivery report & open positions in the derivatives of the interested companies. Candidate must have good network of small and medium scale enterprise and nationalized bank network with good development skill.

 2. Area Manager

1. Should have experience in handling equities and other financial products.
2. Primarily responsible for business development through sales of equity (offline & Online Trading Accounts) & corpus mobilization through unbiased & high quality expert advisory
3. Handling a Network of 5 - 15 branches.
3. Should have working / conceptual knowledge on all investment products, bonds, equity & commodity markets. Demonstrable ability to do needs analysis, concept selling and sales closure.
4. Should have good communication skills which are clear, precise, articulate prior experience in servicing corporate, banks & institutions for treasury management services would be an added advantage.
5. Good Personality traits to represent organization in all customer interfaces.
6. Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate clients.
7. To ensure that Team achieves pre defined business targets in terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired
8. Excellent Team Management & Client Servicing Skills.

3. Assistant Manager
1) Monitoring over all activities of DP operations (NSDL & CDSL).
2) Compliances as per SEBI And CDSL
3) Process Creation and implementation to ensure the DP operation working within the frame work of regularities
4) Inspections from CDSL and internal audit & concurrent audit.
5) Verification & authorization of settlement related Instructions Viz. on market, Inter-depository, off-market.
6) Verification & authorisation of dematerialisation, pledge & unpledge instructions.
7) Accounts maintenance of CDSL.
8) Handling clients’ queries related to account opening, demat procedures, billing Etc.
9) Early pay-in of securities.
10) Payin and payout of securities.
