Job Responsibilities:
The candidate appointed as Legal
manager will have to bear the responsibilities regarding taking actions against
illegal accounts and start the court proceeding for the same. The manager will
have to answer against the statements filed in the court/Judiciary on behalf of
the bank. The manager appointed shall have to attend the court cases on day to
day basis and also maintain and update the MIS reports on legal activities. The
manager will also have to make coordination with the vendors and collection
team in order to issue warrants or summons and to carry out the same to get

Educational Requirements:
Applicants must be Law graduate i.e.
LLB OR can have LLM (Master of Law) degree from the recognized
University/College.
Desirable Experience:
Candidates applying for the post
must have minimum three years of work experience in the concerned area. Those
who have already worked as Legal Asstt or its equivalent or specialized in law
services will have more preference.
