Indian Army invites applications from male
& female (unmarried only) for Judge Advocate General (JAG) scheme 16th
course April 2015 short service commission. Eligible and interested candidates
may apply.

Educational
Qualification: Applicants must hold Law degree
with at least 55% marks from any university/college recognized by Bar Council
of India and registered with Bar Council of India.
Age
Limitation: Minimum 21 years & maximum 27
years, i.e. between 02.01.1989 to 01.01.1995. Upper age relaxation of 5 years
for SC / ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
Initial
Pay:
All the Gentlemen Cadets (GC) & Lady Cadets (LC) will be paid starting
salary Rs.21,000/- p.m. during training period.
Mode
of Selection: The selection process involves
the following stages:
- Initial shortlisting of applications by Recruiting
Directorate,
- Shortlisted candidates will have to qualify
Psychological Aptitude Test & SSB interview to be conducted at Selection
centres,
- Candidates qualified in the Aptitude Test will
required to submit documents and certificates for verification,
- Selection will be made final after
successfully qualifying in the medical fitness test.
List
of documents to be attached with the application:
(i)Printout of the system generated
application form duly signed and self attested photograph affixed with,
(ii) Attested copies of High School /10+2/Graduation/LLB
marksheets & certificates,
(iii) Copy of Bar Council of India/State
certificate.
(iv) Matriculation certificate or equivalent
for proof of age.
How
to apply?
- The
online portal shall be activated and will remain functional from 03.08.2015 to
02.09.2015.
- Before
proceeding for online application, instructions must be read carefully.
- Before
submitting the application form, check the entries made and save the
application. After final submission, take two copies of the printout and the
Roll Number generated by the system.

Eligible
candidate can attend recruitment rally will be held on 16th June, 2014 to 23rd
June, 2014. Bring all original mark sheets, along with 2 Photostat Copies of
Navity/ permanent Residential Certificate issued by District Magistrate/
Additional District Magistrate (Gen)/ Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) with pass
port size photo duly affixed, Domicile/ Nativity certificate, Character
certificate,caste certificate & attend for the rally at RCTC Ground,
Barrackpore.
