The Odisha State Cooperative
Bank Ltd (OSCB) has circulated recruitment notification for filling up the post
of Chief Executive Officers for assignment in Central Cooperative Banks (CCBs)

Requisite Qualification: The
aspiring candidate should have completed Graduation in any discipline with
CAIIB (both parts) / DBF/ Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or similar
degree OR CA/ICWA OR Post Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Required: The
candidates must have at least eight years experience of working in the banking
& financial organization at the middle / senior level.
Age Requirement: The
maximum limit of age prescribed for the post shall be 50 years as on
01/04/2016. Relaxation will be allowed for deserving candidates.
Pay & Allowances: The
selected persons will be entitled to get initial scale of Rs. 28,350 – 41,400/-
per month. Apart from the basic pay, dearness allowance as applicable to the
state government employees and other allowances such as HRA, medical allowance,
conveyance allowance & travel expenses etc. would also be admissible.
Method of Selection: The selection process will be carried by Institute of Banking Personnel & Selection (IBPS), Mumbai through viva voce and group discussion. The details regarding date, time and venue of test/G.D will be intimated in due course.
