Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (Vizag Steel Plant) invites applications in the standard format from professionally qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Senior Manager (Mining) for engagement at Bhilwara, Rajasthan or any other mines of RINL. Tentative No. of Vacancy:- 01 Post (UR)
Posting Location: The selected persons will be placed initially in the captive mines located at Bhilwara (Rajasthan)

Necessary Qualification & Experience:-
(i) Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institute,
(ii) Should have First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency restricted to open cast workings (metalliferous) from DGMS,
(iii) Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in the related field.
Age Limitation:- Maximum prescribed limit of age for the concerned post is 50 years. The crucial date for calculation of age will be reckoned as on 01.03.2016.
Physical Standard:- The job contenders intended to apply should be of sound health, physique and free from any disease. Candidates should meet the following physical measurements prescribed for the post-
- Height - 150 cms
- Weight – 45 Kgs
- Myopia and Hypermetropia - +4.00D in each eye

Pay Band (per month):- The entitlement of initial scale payable to the appointed person will be Rs. 43,200 - 3%-66,000/- (E-5). In addition to Basic Pay, they would be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance, Perks and allowances. Annual CTC would be around Rs. 16.92 lakhs.
Application Costs:- The details regarding payment of fee and mode of remittance are as follows-
- Cost of Application is Rs. 300/- (Rs. Three Hundred Only) which is non-refundable,
- Fee would be collected into “RINL-RECRUITMENT Account No.30589461220” at nearby branch of State Bank of India through prescribed challan,
- Candidates making payment to the Bank other than SBI will be required to pay bank charges (maximum Rs .25/- per challan)
- Candidates should submit original counterfoil of the Challan (VSP copy) along with their Application Form and retain other copy of the counterfoil of Challan for future reference.
- SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Process of Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for the interview scheduled to be held at Vishakhapatnam. Final selection will be done after medical examination of candidates qualified in the interview.
