Placement Location: The selected professionals will be placed at any of the NTPC’s projects/ stations/ JVs/subsidiaries located at Singrauli, Rihand, Darlipalli, BRBCL (Nabinagar), NPGCL (NAbinagar), Vindhyachal, Kudgi, Gadarwara, Khargone, Talcher Thermal, Sipat. All postings are transferable as per sole discretion of the management.

Essential Qualification/Experience:
(i) The job seekers are expected to hold full time degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from recognized university or institution with at least 60% marks (55% in case of SC/PWD candidates),
(ii) Applicants having 5 years of integrated law degree will get priority,
(iii) Candidates should be registered with Bar Council
(iv) Minimum two years of full time experience of working as practicing advocate at Bar or law firm or handling legal matters under employment with private/public organization or Central/State Govt. establishments.
Age Limit: The aspirants must have completed age not more than 30 years as on closing date of online submission of application i.e., 09/05/2016.. The maximum relaxation in upper age limit against reserved posts i.e., SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PWD will be extended as per rules. Refer to official advertisement for complete details.

Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be offered initial scale of Rs.20,600 – 46,500/- (IDA pattern).
Selection Methodology: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CLAT-2016 score will be called for interview. Candidates must bring CLAT-2016 score card at the time of interview.
Registration Charges: Candidates of General/OBC(NCL) category will be required pay Rs. 300/- as non-refundable fee plus bank charges as applicable collected by nearby State Bank of India through pay-in-slip. The payment will be made into specially opened account no. 30987919993 at CAG Branch, New Delhi. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/ESM category are exempted to pay registration fee.
