Qualification: Candidates who are desired to apply must be
crucial part of a Scout Organization for minimum 3 years & this is
continued in recruitment year 2014-2015 also. They should also have
participation in an event organized at National Level and 1 or 2 events at
State level/ good record of participation in Scouts/ Guides activities at Unit/
District Level for both posts.
Fee
Structure: Rs.100/- is to be deposited by IPO drawn in
favor of ‘FA & CAO, East Central Railway’, payable at Hajipur. No fee
criteria for the following candidates:
SC/ ST
Women
Ex-Servicemen
PH candidates
Minority & BC candidates
Method
of Selection: The selection of deserving candidates will
be made through the following basis:
- Written Exam
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Personality Test/ Interview

Process: Candidates have to post the application form
in the given format either typed or handwritten (in Hindi or in English). Application
having any change in the format will be rejected.The application form must be
accompanied with latest passport size photograph in full Scout/ Guide uniform
duly signed. They also have to enclose 2 latest passport size photographs which
is to be duly signed on the backside, IPO & attested copies of all the
essential documents proving age, academic records, caste & experience
gained.
The application
should be on a A-4 size 75 gsm white paper using one side only must be covered
in a envelope

No. and Community”. The envelope with all the enclosures can be sent either via
by ordinary post only or dropped in application box at the respective

Minimum Qualification
Needed – Matriculation / ITI / Equivalent
However 8th class pass with outstanding sports
achievement can also apply but they will be paid Rs 4440 to Rs 7440 and n grade
pay will be given.
Age Criteria – Candidate
those who have applied for this exam minimum 21 years of age and maximum 25 years of age.
There will be no relaxation of age for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
Methods of Recruitment –
The candidates will be
selected on the basis of Trial & Interview by Competent Recruitment
Committee. The candidates those who pass the trail stage will be called for the
interview for selection.
After this the candidates
will go for medical test and the candidates those who are declared medically
fit by the medical authority will be finally selected.
