Exam Name which is going to be held: Engineering Executive Trainees

Eligibility Criteria: Eligible & Desired applicants can posses in Post Graduate Degree in Engineering & Technology with more than 65% marks, taking average of all the Semesters or Years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester or year by the Institute. Last year students are also eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure: Based on the GATE-2015 Marks and requirement, candidates can be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. 

Exam Details: National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has published notification against recruitment of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, Electronics 209 Engineering Executive Trainees under various disciplines. Eligible candidates may apply online for GATE 2015 on or before 01/10/2014 and for NTPC on or before 19/01/2015. NTPC, India's largest power company, was set up in 1975 to accelerate power development in India. It is emerging as an ‘Integrated Power Major’, with a significant presence in the entire value chain of power generation business.

Application Fee Details: - General and OBC applicants can to pay Rs. 150/- towards registration fee in form of Pay-in-slip, obtained from application registration portal, and deposit fee in cash at any SBI branch in Account No. 30987919993 at CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from fee payment.
